Her eyes glows and turns blood red when she switches to her Yangire personality. In Normal Mode, she is in her Yandere personality and mostly appears in a typical school uniform in the form of a white-buttoned shirt, a mini-skirt with minimal blood stains as well as having unkept short hair as well as wielding a knife most of the time. Her hair is brown, long and neat as well as wearing it in low pigtails, she also wears reading glasses, a yellow vest underneath a white buttoned shirt along with a purple skirt and black loafers. He gets cocky, celebrating his escape, but Saiko drops a flowerpot on him.In Yandere Mode, she appears in her "normal personality" and looks like a normal schoolgirl. In the good ending of Yandere mode, he flees from the school after getting bad feelings about Saiko, and without actively attempting to save his friend Akira.
In the bad ending of Yandere mode, Shinji is captured and tied to an infirmary bed, and is promptly beheaded by Saiko, which she says to a tied up Akira in the main mode. Shinji appears more cowardly and oblivious than his friend Akira, canonically following Saiko's instructions despite her strange demeanor and canonically falling into her several traps. He has fair skin, short messy light blonde hair, and blue eyes. Shinji is a very "generic"-looking male Japanese student. Shinji is the secondary protagonist who appears in the survival horror game Saiko no Sutoka as Akira friend.
